Native to East, introduced in Europe by the Romans, here more than 3,000 years that we grow coriander for its culinary and medicinal properties. The very fragrant coriander leaves help to awaken the taste of salads and soups. The seeds are also used to raise terrines or pickles.
Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow from March to May in boxes and tamp the soil.
2. Thinning: When your plants are about 10 cm, thin pulling them smaller to leave only a cilantro pot.
3. Harvest: Harvest the fruit as and as they mature (yellow fruit). Dry fruits and collect the seeds can grow cilantro directly into your garden by planting a plant every 25 cm.
